Our investment opportunities are carefully selected, and additional security measures are put in place to mitigate risk.
Our investments are secured against the assets and future acquisitions of each company. Bondholders have a ‘first legal charge’ over these assets, meaning that your interests are paramount and rank above other stakeholders, including the company directors. In the event of a company failing to meet its obligations to investors, the assets of the company would be sold to contribute to repaying investors capital.
Independent Security Trustee
We ensure an independent security trustee is appointed, with the power to act in the interest of all investors should a company not meet its commitments, for each of our bonds. They are tasked with ensuring that investors capital is repaid to the extent that is possible.
We undertake thorough due diligence of all the companies we work with, examining every aspect of the company and the actors involved, including, assessing the business model, financial forecasts and the previous track record of both the company and the management team. Our investments are structured by our partners from leading global law firms and we ensure that bondholders’ interests are always put first.
We only work with companies that have highly experienced teams with proven track records and multiple revenue streams – significantly contributing to the security for our investors. We also only work with companies that share our ethical principles and those who operate in green and renewable energy sectors, with strong growth potential both now and in the long-term.
